Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Response Time

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing the information required under the DMCA.

Repeat Infringers

ThotsVideos will terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
